Emily delivered a two hour lecture to a sold out theater in Vienna on the societal impacts of the past industrial revolutions as a means of investigating precedence for the AI Robotic Revolution regarding economic, social and political change.

Emily recently appeared on the national morning show, Good Morning Austria! She spoke about her experiment living with Tova the humanoid robot and what she expects in the coming year of the experiment. She also introduced the And or Not Exhibition at Designforum Wien.

Emily wrote a piece for the Centre for Privacy Studies centered around the risks associated with domestic ambient data mining and data unification. She discussed the impact of contextualized data as well as proffered solutions for mitigating risks in the future.

Emily founded and operated a week-long intensive workshop titled AI in Academia: Efficiency, Transparency and Responsibility. She delivered two lectures and organized four guest speakers to cover Legal, Ethical, and Technical topics.

Emily delivered an original talk to mark her new role as a strategic advisor at AI Academy Asia. The talk was open to the public and focused on the importance of collaborative work between engineers and humanists in the development of new AI and Robotics projects.

Emily appeared and presented a poster at the REACT: Research and Education Advancements in Culture and Technology in Vienna. The presentation focused on the cognitive and emotional impacts of life shared with a domestic humanoid robot.
